Can other heirs buy me out?

As a heir to an estate can the fudiciary that is appointed to over see the estate make any recommendations about other heirs buying out other heirs of said estate?Should I mention to fudiciary while estate is in probate that I would like to sell at fair price?

Yes you can. Any transaction like this will need the approval of all the beneficiaries before the court will sign off on it. The executor manages or administers the transactions in the estate.
