Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

I am on an F1 student visa. i am unable to enrol because i owe tuition fees. the semester already started jan 20 2010. How long do i have before my f1 visa becomes invalid.(expiration date in my visa is june 2011). I am going to marry a USC next week. If i file to adjust my status after the marriage, would my current situation be a problem?

You visa has been issued D/S which means "duration of studies" which means the moment you fail to re-enroll you are out of status. However, once you marry a USC you only have to prove legal entry not that your status remains valid. Yet, Immigration has been actively pursuing student violators and placing them in proceedings once the school notifies them you dropped out. You can still receive the green card through your USC spouse while in proceedings, it will just be more work.
