Landlord locked me out
I own a trailer in a trailer court. My stepson signed a lease agreement with the property management company, I did not. He did not pay the rent, and received an eviction notice, then moved out. Today, the property manager changed the locks on my trailer. I've been locked out of my property and the management company says they are in the right. Can they do this? Do I have to pay for a lease I never signed?

Is rent still due? I would need to see the lease your stepson had. Has the LL brought suit for judgment?

Are you planning on moving the trailer or getting current on the lease?
