Ronald St. Clair

Admitted in 1980 to practice before the Courts of the State of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California. Admitted in 1989 to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. We assist our clients in stopping lawsuits, foreclosures, creditor harassment and repossessions through the filing of petitions under Chapter 7, 11, and 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. We provide legal services related to family matters including: divorce and legal separation, premarital agreements, paternity actions, child custody and visitation, child support and spousal support (alimony), name change and Wills and Trusts. We serve small businesses with assistance in drafting and reviewing contracts and leases, incorporating businesses, forming partnerships, mediating and litigating business and contractual disputes, and assisting business clients in collecting unpaid accounts receivable.
