Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir , is their any law restricting bank to sale the property under srfaesai act without having any physical possession of the immovoble property.
if so please help me with the reference of the case law.

No, Bank is legally entitled and empowered to sell the property as per SARFAESI Act.
