Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
Myself is a sbi clerk. My application of inter circle transfer has been approved by competent authority. Approval copy reached to concern RBO in May 2016. But till date I haven't get reliving order.
Kindly advice me in this regard

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can lodge a complaint with the Head - HRM at the Bank's Headquarters and seek his / her intervention to carry out the order. A copy of your letter may also be forwarded to the concerned competent authority that has issued the order.
