Legal Question in Business Law in United Arab Emirates

Hi, I have company in Sharjah ,UAE and recently my partner make me big financial problem . for solving this problem one of my China supplier gave me documents for 4 containers material to sell and solve my problem. He told me they will claim the insurance about my company to receive the money and maybe it takes 6 or 12 month. I am not sure about it and I have to simple contracts with this China supplier. I don't know what I can do if the insurance company come UAE
