Legal Question in Business Law in United Arab Emirates

I ordered a 15 page article from online essay company. I got the article and because I trusted the people I immediately put another order for 15 pages (without carefully reading the first). When I thoroughly went through the first article I found it about a different thing ( not the original one) I told the company which the writer to fix the mistake.The writer could not do that and the company referred me to another who proved worse than the first. After along argument I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. Out of $1128 , I got only $280. The problem is that the second article never started with, I mean no one has done anything about it.

Please what to do?HELP

Dear Sir / Madam,

You ought to have thoroughly read and checked the first 15 page article to have ensured that it confirms to your needs and requirements, before you ordered and paid for the second set. What happens is that you remain liable for payment of the money for the first article, which will not be refunded back by the Company to you at any cost. The Company only remains liable to refund the money for the second article, if you have paid them for it.
