Juliet is a 17 year old dancer who signed a dance contract with the Royal Ballet Company. her contract is only for one season, with 20 performances in the whole season. after 4 performances, Juliet received a better offer from the Russian Ballet Troup.

1-can Juliet terminate her contract with the Royal Ballet Company?
2-can the Royal Ballet Company sue her for breach of contact?
