i received shri prashant's reply, but i am starting online business and have been adviced to go through below words carefully, what do i obey(/meaning( for below words? do these words reflect my below 5 lakh annual sale online business?

any E-commerce site should be careful about the usage of third party trademarks, which should ideally be avoided or limited to name of the manufacturer.
