Legal Question in Business Law in India
Which section of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 allows the Arbitrator to make an Award even without prayer being made before the Arbitrator? Is there any case law to justify the same since making the award by the arbitrator without making of prayer doesn't seem a violation of principles of natural justice?
