Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My brother has been physically abusing me, spitting on my face, causing trouble at my friends work places, hitting my mother. he is a jobless alcoholic.. who only knows how to abuse women. and is trying to make my hell at home just so that i can leave my house. please help. cops dont involve cause they say its domestic violence and cant do anything. Ive even gone bleeding to them. what do i do?

yes, you can be file private complaint in the court and it is against fundamental right of india
