Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I have two brothers and two sisters, my father was purchased a custodian property (1st & 2Floor with roof rights) since 1990. Due to last one and half year my big brother (Working in Government Sector) has written power of attorney from my father (2nd floor with Terence) forcefully than further my mother, sisters and myself file the court case in Tiz Hazari Court since 2013 and my brother and father not agreeing to share the equal partition (1/4 share) to each children.

Kindly suggest to me that have a right in father's ancestral property or Not ??

I am waiting your response.

Thanking you,

Plead before the judge to close the case for hearing, expedite the judgement and pass the order.
