Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I am a citizen of kolkata north, my house is build on place where earlier farming was done but now from last 14 years we are living at these place and we don't have any drainage system their.Our councilor and chairman does not give any solution for this for past two year i daily go to chairman office for help but don't get any help from there .they only used to say we don't have authority to pass any new drain.
please help me what should i do?
