Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have combined property with my brothers ,Sister and mother after expired my father.
Now i went to divide the total property of father (Without Vasiate). One brother are not ready for division out of Five.
Pl guide me how can i force the one person for division.

Dear Sir / Madam,
With the demise of your father, the ownership and title of the property vests in your mother. Your mother has the sole legal right to deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit to. You cannot legally enforce your right on what should be done about the property.
