Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We are currently doing construction in our house. we live in second floor but the person living on groundfloor opposes that but we did not occupy any of his space. what can that person do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the construction activity you are engaging in is as per approved Municipal plans and you own legal rights thereto, the ground floor resident cannot object to it.
