My case has been running in Tiz Hazari Court for partition Property regarding but after one year my case result has not shown, so please suggest to us what is the right way, I am very desponding

Dear Sir / Madam,
Each and every case filed in any Court in India has to be taken up for hearing within 3 (three) months from the date of its filing and the final judgement thereof has to be decided and order passed within a maximum period of six months. Plead before the judge to close the case for hearing, expedite the judgement and pass the order.
