my father willed his self acquired flat of 325. sq., feet in my name. Now my sister is claiming a share father died on 16 01 2005.will is not registered what do I do?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you are the beneficiary of your father's Will, you will need to obtain a Probate from the Court on the Will and apply for the issue of a Probate, for transfer of the title of the flat in your name. Your sister will be issued a Court notice to remain present for the Probate hearing in the Court.
