Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I had file civil suit against one person in rajasthan who had encroached my house land and constructed house now he ask me to do meeting instead of going to court i want to know should i do settlement or go further in case can i get my plot back as he already constructed his house.can court give order to demolish his house or i should do settlement for cash outside court and if yes what amt i shld ask only plot value or extra
i want my plot only because it is my ancesstors plot were they were living i also want to construct one house there but it is possible can court can get me my land back.
