Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,
We are owning farm land which is in my grandfather's brother name as per registration in government office. But Grandfather's brother gifted it to my father and my father's brother. Now My father and grandfather orally separated and using the land since long back. Also they are paying property tax on their own name for these lands separated each other. The problem is that no document for these lands from the beginning. My grandfathers are no more. The property tax receipt(for 50 years) only available as proof. We don't have any death certificate of grandfathers.
other problem is my neighbors are not giving path to our agricultural land from main road. They have prepared a path for them self using their own land. They are not allowing the path to us.
1) Could you please tell me what is the procedure to legalize these lands in my father name as well as in father's brother name?
2) How to prove that this land was gifted to my father and father's brother ?
3) what is procedure to get patta and chitta in their name?
4) What is the procedure to get the path to our agricultural land from main Road legally.

2. Refer No.1

3.Apply to the Patwari after the decision of the Case at No.1

4.file a suit for mandatory injunction for right of way alongwith application u/o 39 R 1&2.
