Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

We are HUfF.unregisterd partition list was made in few years back. I would like to give for rent to the bank of my share of property They asks tittle deed of the property But the property registed will was in the name of my father which was partition ed as equal to our brothers.Is unregisterd partition list can be consider by the penal of bank lawyers. if is not enough what to do please advise
