Hi Team

I have lost a civil suit case regarding breaking of bond, three months before court has given decree order . Now the case has come into execution and previous court has transfered it my nearest court. And as per updated court order it was mentioned

(Fresh execution petition is filed. It be checked and registered. Present : Counsel for DH and Naib Nazir to report for 09.05.2014.)

hence, will you please tell me the meaning of above words ? And what type of action is taken by the court in execution proceedings ,

did you not appeal against the order??. The other side has moved the court for execution of the decree and to recover the amount. The nazir is a court official who will give a report wether any appeall is pending against the judgement or not. please consult a lawyer ASAP. for further query contact 9312411481.

Dear Malik,

The Court order states : Counsel for DH and Naib Nazir to report for 09.05.2014. It means that both the Advocate of Naib Nazir and Naib Nazir himself have to remain present in the Court for the nest hearing fixed on 09/05/2014 or a later date as ordered by the Judge hearing the matter.
