kindly suggest me whether my father's second wife,her 4sons and 5daughters will have right to my grand father's properties.

if she is the legally wedded wife she will have a share.and so ewill her children.bny grandfather i mean paternal grandfather.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, legally your father's second wife and your step brothers and sisters together have a 50% share in all your father's properties, unless specifically otherwise stated and stipulated by your father vide his Will.
