Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Hi,

Many thanks in advance for sharing your knowledge free of cost.

my grandfather's brother gifted agricultural land to my father. My father paying property tax for long time in his name. there is no document available for this land saying that the document is belongs to my father. In the registration office the agri land is in my grandfather's brother name.My grandfathers passed away long back. Property tax receipt is the only proof to this land.

other problem is that our land neighbors not ready to give path from main road. But there is path made by neighbors to their lands from main road using their lands. They are not allowing us to use that path.

1)What is the procedure to get the land registered in my father's name?

2)Is there any proof required that this land was gifted to my father from grandfather's brother?

3) what are all the documents and proof required to get the land registered(patta, chitta, etc.) in my father name?

4) Is there any way to get the path to our agricultural land legally?

You should file a suit for declaration regarding title of the property. For path file a suit for right of way in the court whose jurisdiction the property is situated. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
