Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
after giving notice for accquiresion of land by company which is joint and not partion among the brothers and it is orally divided by themself in an agreement paper and the accuired land belongs to my share so i have sold that particular land in order not to share money among my brothers so my brothers wear filed a case to cancel the regestration it will cancel or not

Dear Sir / Madam,
I do not envisage your brother(s) to have a case, if all your land transfer property documents are in your name, and they are in order.
