Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my grand father write a will 2004 and registered with sub registrar. he died in 2005. after his death the witness of the will refused to prove the will in court what remedy apply?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the witness refuses to testify the Will, you will need to rely on the decision passed by the Court.
