Dear Sir / Madam,
If you wish to acquire a land line phone, you should visit the local BSNL / MTNL service provider in your locality and apply for a connection. If you wish to acquire a mobile phone, you should visit the nearest Nokia showroom and purchase your handset and then visit Vodafone showroom in your locality to get the SIM card connection.
