Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i m the only son live with my widow mother and my three sisters are married n well settled they filed for shares in partition act on our house property where we are living what should i do i dont want to move out of my house my wife has delivered a son now he is five months old and sisters filed the partition case against me please suggest me further

Dear Sir,
Your married sisters can't "move an inch" as long as you are doing moral duty of taking care of your mother being the lone son. Your mother will at some point in time notice that you are dedicated in serving her and it will naturally occur to her that her house property should be given to you, and she will write her Will to this effect, or gift the house property in the name of her grandson.
