A man has two wives . the first wife in the government job. after some time the first wife died. is the husband of the wife is eligible for family pension.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Polygamy is not permitted in India. YES, if the husband is the nominee to the deceased wife's pension, he is entitled and eligible to get his wife's pension relief.
