is it mandatory that the donee must be there in registror at the time of making the giftdeed. If donor made the gift in favor of donee where the donor is not there so he/she didn't made acceptance signature then what is the status of gift deed. wheather is it compleate or incompleat. is it enough to mute the property on to donee name in revenue records. or in what way can donee accept the gift and if it is muted after some days is donor need to make any signature again at the time of mutation in revenue records.

Even if the donee signature is absent, the gift is valid and the same can be mutated.

It is not mandatory for donee to sign it can be done by donor himself it is valid and can be mutated.
