Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My mom ( eldest daughter) & aunt ( younger daughter) are only children to my grandpha , my grandpha & his brothers distributed the ancestral property among themselves verbally and not through registered document or registered will , with that income derived from ancestral share he purchasesd goodb extent of land ( self acquired)& disposed the same to my aunt withouty mom's acceptance and left the ancestral property for sharing. Can we approach the court for a share of the self acquired one's since it has been purchased only with the income of ancestral property only.
