Namaskar sir, Maine ek party ko affidavit notorize diya tha, some liability ka payment karne ke liye. But, ab mein vo payment karne ki condition mein nahi hoon. Kya main apne affidavit se mukar sakta hoon? ya koi upay batayen. vo party case karne ki dhamki de rahi hai.

how can you backtrack?? did they threaten you into giving an affidavit? did you lodge a police report against them if you were threatened.If they file a case you will have to contest it.
