Dear Sir / Madam,
The two sons will need to Probate the Will in such a manner that each son is named as the beneficiary of one property in India in the Probate. If the deceased was an Indian citizen, his properties in Bangladesh can also be Probated in India in the name of his wife and his other two sons as beneficiaries to the Bangladesh properties.
