1. My grandfather purchased a land along with his brothers and disposed his share to my aunt (younger daughter)without the acceptance of my mom( elder daughter). There was no register partition among his brothers and share was acquired verbally . Can my mom approach the court for her share stating as ancestral property since there was no proper partition among his brothers?

the property of your grandfather was a self acquired property which he purchased jointly with his brother right? If that be the case he can transfer his share to anyone he wants and your mum will have no right to question the same. If the property was ancestral property then your mother has a right in the property and can challenge the transfer of the share
