i am Ramana we are two Brothers my elder brother not taking care of my parents am taking care of my parents now my father want to give whole Property to me so what are the procesure we follow please reply......

Dear Ramana,
Your father can either make a Will or register a Gift Deed of the property to you.

If it is not ancestral property then your father can make a will or a gift deed in your favor.
