Since you have a child, tell your wife that your coming together is very important for the child's future well being. It is absolutely senseless and shameful to run behind Court, Judges and Advocates for personal matters of marital discord which can be easily reconciled and resolved with a calm mind on both sides. A peaceful reconciliation with your wife is advisable and recommended.
