SIR , what is the criteria of fees of lawyer. what is the fee of case of lawyer for fighting the revenue case?

Dear Sir / Madam,
An Advocate / Lawyer's fee depends on the nature and triviality of the matter that his client intends that the Advocate / Lawyer should represent in the Court. For trivial matters, Advocates / Lawyers quote a consolidated fee ranging from Rs. 5,000/- upwards plus out of pocket expenses of Rs. 1,000/- upwards per hearing. For significant matters, Advocates / Lawyers quote a consolidated fee ranging from Rs. 25,000/- upwards plus out of pocket expenses of Rs. 2,500/- upwards per hearing. The figures quoted are only indicative and notional and vary from Advocate to Advocate.
