sir hamare colony me ek budhi aurat rehti hai uske husband nagarpalika vibhag me naukri kartay thay unki mrityu 25 july 1980 ko hui unko aaj tak P.F. ka na to paisa mila na unke parvar me unki kisi ladki ko pension mili. jab nagarpalika se pension k bare me poocha to unhonay kaha ki pension ka pravdhan 1985 k bad aaya to kya aab unko pension nahi mil sakti ya naukri

file an RTI and seek an answer from them. also ask them the rules /office order under which pension is denied. once you mhave a record you can ascertain wether to file a case or not.
