Sir my sister husband died in motor bike accident.who residing in channagiiri tq.davangere dist.with their two mainer doughter.

My sister is working as a phamasist and my sister husband working as a highscool teacher in same thalluk.

After some days some peoples came from havery with his mother .havery is my sister husband native place.they came with sympothy words with lawyer.they put the intention to take case.we are inocent and we gave the case to that lawyer .he filed the case in havery court.in pitition he mentioned to 60 year instead of her (victim mother)age is 85 years.and he mentioned my sister residing in havery thalluk with his mother but my sister is residing in channagiri thalluk with her husband .as she is working there only .

She bared all the loans which had done by her husband for the sake of his sisters marraige.still she is not free from the hospital expenditure during treatment .in that time there is no help from husbands home side .weather for the treatment or for the loan ...all loan clearance documents produced to lawyer .but the lawyer hide matter during argument ..

At lost hounerble court gave the orderd 1264756 rs ..the order is as follows.. victim mother for 30% half of the amount can drawn now and half of the amount is fixed for 5 years. Victims children 3o% for firrst daughter .other 3o% for second daughter .it is deposited untill they become 18years. Victims wife that my sister awarded only 10000( ten thousend rs ).with out my observation lawyer drawn the amount of victims mother and gave to her.now she leave onther five sons happily .she is also not informed us easly take money..then we requsted to draw my sister amount but the lawyer is not agree to that as he demanded two lack rs. For it as fees...but my sister now not able to give that much of money.she is agred to give awarded all ten thousend rs for the lawyet fee.

From the judgement more than 2year passed .only dead amount is droped in the court..childrens is for from the intreast to that money which is helps for their future.

Sir this is all true m v c case num 252/10 .judgement date is11/112010.
