Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Sir i come from weaker section of society from my from last 6, in which first 2 year we live on rent in UP . and last 4 year we shifted to Uttrakhand and living on rent here also . i am in great trouble due to the policy of the uttrakahnd government rule that a person with 15 year resident can be a citizen of uttrakahand .

now i just want to now that i can use the domicile of up upto when i would not be the citizen of uttrakhand .. its a very unique and troblesum problem in which most of the people unaware what to do ..

please give me right most suggestion .

Go to Uttarkhand High Court legal services committee in Nainital and they will help you free of charge and when you are assigned a advocate then ask him to file a writ petition or a PIL in the UK high Court. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
