Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

I am in strange trouble. I am divorced a man and I am living with my mother and a daughter of age 4.5 years. we all just 3 persons are living but my married sister (living in next street to us) is having too much interference in our house. Its due to her interference that my married life was broken, my job was lost and now I am living with my 65 years old mother as to support my mother. My sister leave two of her kids early in the morning (at 7 am) to our house and go to job. her husband also doing job so my mother has to take care of two extremely naughty children of age 2 years and 7 years. My mother got tired but she has to take care of her grand children till 5 or 6 pm as the kids are in tender age. i am unable to get married again due to over all environment off our house and people refuse after judging my sister in law interfference in our house hold matters. I dont like this attitude at all and i am fed up now. Is there any legal way or solution that we can bound my sister to take her kids along with her to her job and not to keep them in our house in order to eliminate her interference? can we go to civil court? any remedy? plz guide Its look apparently a joke bit actually this is on my nerves now thats why i am writing.
