Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan
I wanna ask that one private company named chartered engineering having head office in Model Town Lahore hired my services for their projects work. It was all verbal and no letter was issued as it was some sort of private documentation work. i have completed that work and handed them over but now after 6 months, they are not releasing my payment. I have all the record in emails. All mails from that company and all mails that I sent to that company are with me. What is the legal way to recover my money that becomes around 92000 PKR? Can i give them legal notice or should I give application to consumer court or civil court? What is the solution?
