a women cheated us by getting rupees two lakhs from us for interest and now refusing to give the principal and we have a evidence of a written agreement and that lady having sufficient sources for settling that loan amount

File a complaint against her in the nearest police station to her office/residence u/s 406/420/422 IPC and if the police does not register FIR then File a complaint to the Area Magistrate u/s 200/ alongwith an application u/s 156(3) for registration of FIR u/s 406/420/422 IPC.
