:: A well known company scammed us , what can we do ? :

Our company recently signed a contract for a website development with a well known Website developing firm of Atlanta

We paid a decent high amount and since then the guy in which we were in contact dissapeared , he was always finding excuses which were redicullous and of course never showed us even a single draft or layout.

The funny thing about all this , is that this firm is showing a healthy normal firm and i dont understand why they would do this ? They are between top companys in famous sites who provide developers and have developed many sites , unfortunately Even if we call them Noone is ever answering the phone in ANY department at any time we might call , we have called over 100 times

I would appreciate any advice you could give me , and anyone who would like prove on this i can provide him everything , i am willing to provide proof if needed

How to proceed depends on many factors, but first you need to determine who you contracted with and contact them. If they will not resolve the matter have an attorney send a demand letter and/or file a lawsuit in magistrate (small claims) court (assuming your claim is $15,000 or less).
