Legal Question in Constitutional Law in India
I need legal assistance for an issue I’ve been facing for the past two years. My sister-in-law's brother, who lives in London, is falsely accusing me of taking a video of his sister. He has been spreading this rumor because I’ve been pointing out his mistakes, and he holds a grudge against me. He even sent a malicious WhatsApp message to my brother, though my brother knows I’m innocent. My sister-in-law is supporting her brother's false claims due to her own issues with my brother. I feel humiliated, and he is also threatening my family. How can I stop these false accusations? Can I take legal action against him? Please advise.
