Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

I had booked my travel Tiket(7th aug) though online mode actual amount is Rs.900 But this Travel deducted Rs.900+ Rs.11000 in my account With out my knowledge and I send a mail regard this reduction, i raised Complaint some one called and said problem ll be rectified within 2days but still i dnt get response and my money .really i dnt know what can i do..plz give one solution. definity must take sevier action against this service agency..i Have full History and lot of reply Mails and Bank Statement suggest me what i can i do

Dear Sir / Madam,

The only remedy for you is to immediately lodge an FIR against the Travel Agency in the local Police station and get the Police to intervene and ask the travel agency to immediately refund the excess of Rs. 11,000/- wrongly charged to your account. Please re-post query if there is no Police action within 3 days of lodging the FIR.
