Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
There are drainage pipes installed in my gallary .
It is a new flat purchased from builder.
this was not mention in home plan given them.
kindly advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
Every high rise building has drainage pipe outlets from their kitchen and wash rooms. Your query is in relation to the design of the building. Post 2010, all building approved plans of Architects, must show where the water pipes and the drainage pipes of the building are actually situated. If the plans of your building were approved prior to 2010 and the building construction is prior to 2010, it is possible that the Architect's approved plans may not have shown the exact location of the water pipes and the drainage pipes.
