Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
Helloo..
I have a plot but that plot is registered on my brothers name...i want to registered it on my name but it takes so much money that i dont have right now...now what other formalities i can do so that my brother cant sale tht plot and only i have a authority to sale the plot.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your brother remains the sole Owner of the plot since it is registered in his name. You neither have the authority to prevent your brother from selling the plot nor do you have any authority to sell the plot. Your brother will have to register a Gift Deed for transfer of the plot in your name.
