Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
My housing society has asked for Rs.500 per month extra for the use of lift by my Tuition students. According to your advice I informed them by giving a letter that no extra money can be charged for usage of the lift. I further informed them that no guest/visitor/Tuition students can be restricted from using the lift. They didn't pay any attention to my letter and simply ordered the security guard to restrict my Tuition students from using the Lift. What will be my next course of action?

Dear Madam,
Your immediate next line of action is to lodge a complaint with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies requesting their intervention to amicably resolve the issue.
