Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi, I from India/bangalore,I have taken loan of 2 lakh last year @ 10%due to jobless i was not able to pay and turf harassment by the loan person i was force to give 3 cheques for the sum of 310000,350000,370000.He has bounced the cheques and harassing very badly.pls suggest

Dear Sir / Madam,

A loan of Rs. 2 lakhs taken last year at 10% interest amounts to Rs. 2,20,000 today. You seem to be "lost" if you have issued three cheques in excess of Rs. 3 lakhs to the lender. Repay the loan at the earliest and take back your cheques.

Why three Cheques ?

are you capable of paying back now ?

Do you want to file harassment case against collector ?
